All Fish Are Shipped C.O.D. Certified Funds, Prepaid or Credit Card. We take all major Credit Cards-American Express, Visa, Master Card. We charge no additional fees for using a credit card as some other wholesalers do. That practice is illegal in California.

Any losses or damage due to delay or mishandling by the airlines is their responsibility and YOU must file a claim with the airline.

Note: There is NO guarantee on Angelfish,South American, Amphibians, Feeder Fish or Saltwater Fish. Our suppliers will not guarantee them to us-so we cannot guarantee them to you

Most fish are guaranteed live arrival. Any losses must be reported immediately
